Everyday is hard, but some days are harder, this is one of those "harder days".

My thoughts are with you all

Im sure all our Mum's up there is heaven are having a wonderful day

 to my Mum, Alice, you know i miss you everyday, but i also know you and Dad are having a wonderful time, reunited, a team once again

My Mum's 'real' name was Alice too. She was always know as 'Cal' though

It is hard to accept that I am now just 4 months away from the age she was when she died

It's strange and I dont know why, but I have felt an increasing sense of loss the older I have become

See you again one day Mummy xx

My Mum, Marion, died in 1981 age 57.

Like you, Jane, as I get closer to that age the fact that she was that age hits me more, if that makes any sense at all.

My Dad joined her in 1985 - he never got over her death and I know they are happier together now than they were when apart.
