Our gorgeous Georgie Porgie passed away suddenly this morning:(

She was fine at 7am when I left her for work, and she was sat chirriping with her dad this morning, and even squawked him a thank you when he gave her some fresh millet. A few minutes later she screamed, and she died in her daddys hands:(

Georgie has been a little ray of sunshine in our lives for the past 14 years. I'll miss our morning cuddles, and the early warning from her that daddy had arrived home - she was a very sweet natured little girl, and enjoyed a good whistling competion. Already the house seeks so much quiter:(

I'm so sorry George is now not in your life.

I'm so sorry for the loss of this lovely bird, her photo shows a lot of character in those eyes.
Fly free George, watch over your family from the skies above the Bridge.
