Is that pyrography on the wood? It looks fab. I tried wood burning, but haven't got the patience to finish anything bigger than a keyring lol!

Made a card for a work colleague who's a bit obseeed with Pokémon: as I'm good at dragons, Charizard was the obvious choice:
Pencils, liner pen and glitter glue.
NB I never really got Pokémon, I was a year too old!

I think this counts as arts and crafts and I've been dying to show it off!
I can't decorate a cake for toffee so this was an unprecedented success. I also made 48 mini victoria sponges, 36 malteser cupcakes, a carrot cake, a lemon meringue cake, a fruit cake, a dozen mini tiramisus & two trays of brownies. It was a hectic couple of days! Thankfully my SIL was on washing up duty

I made more effort on my Necromunda gang last night: I went through and decided which colour hair everyone will have :lol: (That's why lots of them currently have black hair: I've just done their 'normal' hair colours before they get 'dyed'). But here's a sample few of their evolution and current condition.
Two browns and a ginger: also visible is the work I've done on the black (greys and ink wash) and the flesh tone (three-colour work up, no ink):
Blonde and grey:
The 'juves' (initiate gangers) have bleached blonde hair instead of colours:
Gunmetal greys:
Brown trousers ;P and paler brown leatherwork (belt, pouches):
And here's what they used to look like: mostly black, and mostly unhighlighted! (2005 vintage):
I still haven't worked out what to do with the bit of cloth hanging down on loads of them: maybe pale beige? I dunno, we'll see what I feel like!
