    Apple stick dangler:

You need - some small apple sticks (or pear or willow), and a length of string.

Start tying the apple sticks to the string:

Have just a small space between each stick:

Make sure you have a good length of string left over so that you can hang the toy from a hook in the ceiling of the hutch, or from the lid of a run:

    Treat ball toy:

    You need - a toilet/kitchen roll tube, treats/pellets

Cut the tube into sections approx 2cms wide:

Start to layer the sections of tube (4 sections is usually the best number):

After the 3rd section put a treat or a few pellets inside the ball.
    Add the last section:

    Toilet tube hanging toy

You need: A toilet roll tube or kitchen roll tube, a length of string, hay & treats.

Make a hole in either side of the cardboard tube, about halfway along:

Thread one end of the string through the 2 holes:

Tie the string on the outside, and cut off the excess from one end, leaving the long end to hang the toy by:

Take some hay, wrap some treats up in it, and poke it into either end of the tube:

Hang the toy at a level where your bunny has to reach up a bit to play with it.

    Bunny Broomstick toy

You will need: an apple stick, and some small apple twigs, and a length of string (pear/willow can also be used)

This one is really easy - just bundle up the twigs and tie them to one end of the stick to make a bunny broomstick!

Lady Jane won't sweep with hers, but she does enjoy throwing it around and trying to chew the twigs off

I hate to be Mr Downer

But the one with the newspaper is not the greatest idea, as Bunnys will ingest a lot of the newspaper, which is not good for bunny tummys.

    Bags of treats

You need: small paper bags, hay, treats (leaves/petals/pellets etc)

Just open a bag, and pop in a mixed handful of hay and treats (in this case dried rose petals)

Then twist the top of the bag closed, and let your bunny tear it open tp get at the treats!

we'll have to agree to disagree My buns don't eat the newspaper, they just tear it off. Just don't give it to buns that have a thing for newspaper.

    Carrot Cardboard Chew/Throw Toy!

    You will need:

    A chopping board
    Knife
    Carrot
    Cardboard toilet tube

Place the carrot on the chopping board and cut off the ends:

Cut the rest of the carrot into small slices:

Pick up a piece and cut a slit in it to the middle:

Place it on to the end of the toilet roll tube

Continue to do this with some of the carrot pieces:

Then do the same to the other side and you're done!
