Default Lilah's bottom was a bit dirty. help?

Lilah had a little bit of clear (kinda snotty texture? ), kinda sticky stuff on her lady parts earlier. I cleaned it.(Lilah is AMAZINGLY easy to handle!) But I found a bit more, this time it was like a tiny little lump.. I didn't clean it, Jazzy cleaned it for her( ?).
What could have caused it, could it maybe be stress? Should I get her to the vet, and how much of an emergency is it, does she need to see an emergency vet tonight?
I'm gonna go check now to see if there's any more. (I'm a bit panicked cos they're quite young and small, I'm a bit over-protective with baby buns )

    Thanks.x

Checked her and she's still clean. Anyone know if I should still get her seen by a vet?
