Sadly at the sanctuary where I work we have not had a good week with two bunnies having to be euthanased and one guinea pig passing away.
Annie had to be euthanased on Friday. She had been suffering with tooth root abcesses from the beginning of the summer, but they had got too bad and there was no longer anything that could be done. Annie was in increasing discomfort, although was still able to eat.
Annie was a wonderfully brave girl, and was the sweetest, most gentle bunny I have ever met. Chewie her husbun is missing her

Panda was euthanased today as she had been suffering from a condition called Megacolon. Her condition deteriorated rapidly over the weekend and she became totally incontinent.
Panda was a wonderfully feisty girl. She loved her husbun JJ dearly and he misses her a lot.

Jessie the guinea pig, who was a boy despite his name, sadly passed away on sunday morning after getting increasingly more ill following being neutered on wednesday.
He was an adorable little guinea pig who loved to be cuddled. His brother Riley is missing him a lot

I am going to miss all 3 of my babies very much. It has not been a nice week at the sanctuary. At least they are all no longer suffering, and are free to binky at the Rainbow Bridge. Love to you all my little bunnylings and little piggie.
