Default PLEASE I HAVE A QU ABOUT Panacur

    So

I have read on here that some people are saying to do treatment for 28 days consecutively for the whole year... is that right?

When should I give my first treatment?

Also, Rimmi is 500g, should he still have one graduation every day?

Many thanks for all you experts!!

(should I take into consideration the fact that hes had his myxi jab and is having VHD jab tomorrow....?)

    !!THANK YOU!!

The latest recommendation is that a one off 28 day course is given and then not repeated unless clinical symptoms of EC develope.

I dont use the paste I use the Panacur 10% liquid. It is more economical and easy to administer an accurate dose. The dose for Panacur 10% liquid is 0.2ml/kg/day.
The Rabbit's environment should be bleach cleaned (10% Bleach solution) on days 21 and 28 of treatment.

I would start the Panacur 7 days after the VHD Vaccination if it is the LAPINJECT Vaccine. 22 days after if it is the CYLAP Vaccine.
