Well done Dennis! :love::love:
Pleased to see them happy together! Friday is set to be a nicer day here so maybe then to put them out? Take them together and they should be fine, maybe a little scuffle as they sometimes...
I would say Cottontail would be a good match for Leo. Carrots looks older and is a little overweight.
I am really sorry to hear this about Dennis, Fingers crossed for a miracle.
Sending more vibes for Dennis :love:
Sending loads and loads of vibes for Dennis. xx
Thinking of Lord H and you xx
You can't re-bond them until Miffy has been neutered as he will pester her and she could attack him. They will be fine - just keep them separated. Glad Miffy's paw is ok.
This is the third day they have been together so they are not ready to move yet. I would want to see them eating and sitting together for a couple of days at least before moving them. I don't...
Hope you all have a peaceful night and R decides to eat normally tomorrow.
I wouldn't allow any aggression through wire as it hinders any future bonding. Can you have a look at his paw, they can break their toes sometimes. If he isn't putting his paw down normally...
Jack - never forgotten! :love::love:
I am so sorry for your loss but she had a lovely life with you. Binky free Tessie xx
Glad she is ok.
That is a lovely photo of Orion in the snow! :love::love:
Please don't give up. Even if he had been neutered for years he would still act the same way - it's nothing to do with hormones. As they are not fighting then they are bonding, in their own...
Rabbits do like their own close partner so maybe she isn't really happy with sharing. I wouldn't send her away for a week as it will be very unsettling and wouldn't prove anything. Do they all...
You could try them in his normal place? Perhaps he finds the bonding space stressful.
I don't think so as Rabbits need to be in the dark overnight, just like us really.
:love::love:
The humping will calm down in a day or so, it's best they are allowed to go through this stage.
I think it looks like they have accepted one another and it will be just a matter of time when you will know they are definitely bonding, :thumb:
That sounds fantastic! Jane (Inspector Morse) puts something in her Rabbit's water to get him to drink more.
As long as they aren't fighting then every hour that passes that is an hour plus, even if there is humping, fur pulling and mounting, it is all part of the sorting out stage. I have separated...
Sorry but most of us would not suggest pineapple juice as it can be too sweet. I think Jane can recommend something? Glad he is home, I would get them together soon.
