whats the best way to neutralise a rabbit home?

the bonding seems to be going very well (touch wood!) and diego and danika have been really good with each other, no chasing since the first day they were put together, and they will occasionally clean each other and sit together.
i would like to put them out tomorrow back into their shed, but what is the best way to make it a neutral area again as Diego has been living in there for about 2 weeks before danika arrived

also anything else i should know about moving them to the shed, there has been no fights at all since being put together, id love it to stay that way if i can help it

Clean and disinfect, and then spray with white vinegar/water
