I have a list of leaves/twigs that can be eaten... Mountain Ash is on there. We have four trees in our garden... a laburnum (which might look lovely, but is a pain in the neck for me due to it being poisonous), a Mountain Ash, a Birch tree and an Ash tree. The bunnies seem to inhale the fallen leaves of both the Birch & Mountain Ash leaves. The Birch tree isn't really very big, though, and aphids cover most of the leaves... And I'm not brave enough to go snatch the lower branches of the birch from the trees on the street. I can't find anywhere if rabbits can eat the branches of an ordinary ash tree... Does anyone know this? If they can, it'd mean they could have a branch each when we prune it.
