Thinking of buying a shed for our 2 bunnies: advice please!

Hi,

We're having some major work done on our house including garden; so thought now would be a good time to buy a shed for our bunnies Clover and Cuddles (both mini-lops).

Thinking of 7x5ft shed which I would attach to their existing huches/runs with tubing so they can have lots of space.

I'd like some advice from "shed veterans" who have already done this!

What type of shed would be suitable, overlap or shiplap?

I've seen 2 sheds:
This Shiplap one:

This Overlap one:
http://www.shedswarehouse.com/id-7392-7ft_x_5ft_Newmarket_Overlap_Summerhouse___Stable_Door_(10mm_Solid_OSB_Floor).aspx

the shed will be on a concrete base so would it need a wooden base board as well?

Any advice would be most helpful!

Many thanks

Shiplap is better than Overlap and yes you will need to put it on bearers as if you don't the floor could soak up water from the base. I have 2 rabbits in a 7 x5 pent shed and they have plenty of space. :thumb:

Thanks.

Does anyone have any recommendations... where to buy etc...?

Waltons have a good name, but the one you mention looks good too. I think most of the sheds are similar, I used to have a list of manufacturers but sadly I can't find it. Hope you find one you like.
