Hi,
We're having some major work done on our house including garden; so thought now would be a good time to buy a shed for our bunnies Clover and Cuddles (both mini-lops).
Thinking of 7x5ft shed which I would attach to their existing huches/runs with tubing so they can have lots of space.
I'd like some advice from "shed veterans" who have already done this!
What type of shed would be suitable, overlap or shiplap?
I've seen 2 sheds:
This Shiplap one:

This Overlap one:
http://www.shedswarehouse.com/id-7392-7ft_x_5ft_Newmarket_Overlap_Summerhouse___Stable_Door_(10mm_Solid_OSB_Floor).aspx
the shed will be on a concrete base so would it need a wooden base board as well?
Any advice would be most helpful!
Many thanks
