Best type of bunny grass for growing?

I have some large trays which I want to use for planting grass seeds so my buns can have some forage time but there seems to be quite a selection of grass available and I'm not sure which would be best?

Oat Grass:

Brain melt!!

I'm so glad it's not just me that's sad enough to do this

I've literally just grown some really good grass for my bun indoor in a tray. I just got some basic rye grass seed/garden lawn seed from a garden centre and some cat grass :)
I did half lawn grass and half cat grass in a tray - it's been a week and I now have an amazing mini lawn that I am so proud of! :)

I'm sure I read somewhere that cat grass is oat grass or similar - it definitely grows really well really quick inside :)

Thanks for bringing these to my attention, im going to brave growing them in plant pots then giving my white bunnies the grass and soil to dig in and eat

Does anyone know if the Timothy grass seeds by the shelled warriors are any good?

They are doing well here. :thumb:

I think I might just buy another tray and grow a couple of different types so the buns can have variety! :D:lol:
