Well snowball had his 3rd appointment today down in Maes Glas. Looks like he's had two strokes as he has rapid eye movements, doesn't move his head if you put a finger in his left ear and the face right front paw n right hind leg don't function. What would you do if you had/are in this situation?

Update: Today I took snowball out of his house for a little "run round" on the landing, He's starting to hop a bit better on his right hind leg and is less wobbly. So either the Panacur is working or the memory foam bed is helping him. Also I've noticed his appetite has increased a lot, My...

Update, again: Snowball has seen the vet, The vet doesn't think it's EC but gave me a 18 day Panacur to try. He thinks it's nerve damage and would be better if got put to sleep. But I'm going to try the 18 day course of the meds to see if it does work. Fingers crossed this works.

Update: We have vets this afternoon with my other vets, I'll post updates later once I find out what's wrong and thank you all for the vibes.

With EC could a 10 n a half year survive with it even with meds?

It's like with humans an meds, just because the side effects are listed doesn't mean you're going to get them.. I'm rather annoyed that she didn't even consider it a bit more.. Hopefully tomorrow with the other vets they can tell me what's wrong and hopefully get another few more years with him.
