I *think* buns are quite terratorial (in that they stay in the same area) so I'd guess they're either older babies who escaped, or adults who survived?

Our three know their names, but will ignore you if they're doing something naughty! They also know breakfast, dinner, ah-ah (when being naughty :roll:), and a weird "click click, whistle whistle" thing my husband does when he's giving them treats. I really think bunnies are cleverer than we...

I'm so sorry, it is incredibly hard, you definitely did the kindest thing. I don't think anyone could say otherwise.

I think the best idea would be to get some hands-on experience of bunny care by volunteering at your local rescue or sanctuary. This will give you the opportunity to see the care involved, but also help show your parents that you are being considerate and responsible.

I'm so sorry. We've just gone though something similar too, it's just heartbreaking.

Thanks - it's really lovely, just looks like a bunny asleep. If this was our forever house I might have considered having her in the garden, but at some point we'll move and I couldn't bear to leave her behind. This way, she gets to come where we go. :love:

Little Tibbsy bunny died very suddenly last night. :cry: She just never seemed to really recover from her GA. We think it may have been a heart issue that went undetected as it was just so sudden. We're off to the crematorium just now, I don't know I'm going to cope.
