We have just got back from rushing gandolf to the vets
He was fine 1st thing this morning, eating & hopping around quite normally. But i went out to check on them at about 11.30 & he had majorly bloated out & gone very flat! His resps had become very slow & his temperature has dropped significantly, meaning he`s gone into shock!
the vet has kept him in, put him on iv fluids & meds to try & get his guts moving & if he doesn`t respond soon will do an xray to see if there`s a blockage.
Unfortunately gandolf is so ill we don`t feel he`ll survive a GA if there is a blockage:? so we will have to cross that bridge if we come to it.
please, please, please send vibes for the handsome man he really needs them right now................................
