They're not neutering him, they're vaccinating him

You can't reply without paying for a subscription, there are hundreds listed on that site, I went through the first page then stopped and vowed never to look again because its awful. He looks like a really nice boy, I hope he goes to a good home.

You have to pay to be able to respond to ad's that are less than 10 days old.
