Just quickly nipped on to update you all.....
The french lop babies are doing wonderfully!
All eight are developing well, have a good covering of fur on them now. They are getting more and more mobile by the day, and are even starting to do hops! (it's like watching a child learn to walk ).
Their has been some exciting developments....
The first one, is that one of the fawn butterflies has just opened his/her eyes today! So today was the first time he/she could see the world around him/her...see his brothers/sisters, and see his/her mummy! awwww
There appears to be in the litter:
2 x fawn butterflies
2x solid fawns (one tiiiiny...the runt of the litter I'd say, but still doing well The other is absolutely HUGE! The big bouncer of the litter! Soooo different! haha :lol: )
3x blue butterflies
1 x blue (not solid blue as first thought, but with a white underside). Looks to be a blue otter to me, I'm not too sure, but very rare indeed!!
Furthermore, before they have even been seen, the rescue has two interested people in adopting 2 of the babies when ready. This is brilliant news, but not surprising. I can't wait until they are able to be viewed, as they will just be snapped up. They truely are the most beautiful babies in the world
