... I have just bought a 2.5kg bag of this for my babies, only £2 too which I think's a bit of a bargain???

They're only 11 and 12 weeks old at the moment, but they're on P@H Junior and Dwarf Pellets which is making one of them have excess ceacetrops... as she eats LOADS of hay.

Can I start trying to mix this in with the old food?

xx

Yes, you can. I would change them over to Science Selective gradually over 10 to 14 days. Mine love the stuff. :D

Are ceacetrops shinny and sticky? Archie has had one since friday all the rest has been little pellets. Sorry to ask the q but he is the first rabbit I had in 15 yrs and I am only 22.

They look like a tiny bunch of dark brown grapes, and are really smelly.
You shouldn't see any (although you do see the occasioanl one or two) as the rabbit is supposed to eat it straight from its bottom, as it gets all the nutrients out 2nd time around (yuck!!!!)

Yes, both of mine love it. When I adopted Leila from Jill she was already on it, but I switched Joey onto it too, and they both start climbing the side of the hutch/run when they know it's dinnertime!

I even put a little spinach in front of them yesterday, and they turned their noses up at it for the Science Selective!
