My little bunnies are 11 weeks old, we have had them for three weeks.
Leon (brown one) is quite affectionate. He'll jump on to your knee and if he sees you walking towards his run he'll run over to see you.
Little Sammy is very shy. He'll sniff your hand and then back away, sometimes if he's in his pen he'll let you stroke him but quite often runs away.
When I put him in his pen he does little dashes and bunny hops so I know he's happy but I just feel he's not so sure about us yet.

Does anyone have any tips to earn his trust?

Have you tried feeding him from your hand? Try something long like carrot tops, that way he doesn't have to get too close.

It's not you, some bunnies just take longer to trust people, it's a waiting game!

I'd try letting each one out in a bunny proofed room, and then just lay or sit on the floor and ignore them. Rabbits are naturally curious and they'll come and investigate you. When they are approaching you confidently, try some gentle stroking and hand feeding treats, and then build up to nose and ear rubs.

I highly suggest getting to know them on their level. By this I mean (as crazy as it sounds) laying on your tummy or back, but laying down, and socializing with them that way. I have been playing with Crue in this fashion for the past month or so and have seen a vast improvement in his attitude towards me. Anthony usually just sits and pets him or is walking by and tries to give him a pet, and he usually takes off. But when I get down on his level he is much more curious of me, and it has gotten to the point where if i sit/lay/lounge on the floor, he immediately runs over to me, butts my leg/arm/foot and begs for pets.
