when should Frank and Betty get together?

Frank has just been for his post op check and all is well . however the vet said he should wait 6 weeks before bonding him with Betty:shock: ! I explained that she was spayed but he insisted that 6 weeks was minimum, to let his hormones settle. Is this correct? It seems a bit over the top.

some people do say that cos it means he won't still be under the influence of his hormones and pester her. Why not try them after 10-14 days- this should be time for his op to heal, and if they are too frantic with each other then wait a little longer. I would think it would be fine though.

If they have both been neutered I usually leave them 9 - 10 days after their ops, done this hundreds of times without a problem

We wait 14 days when both are neutered. Good Luck!

I usually wait 10 days
