wild oats

are they the same as green oats?

we were walking the dogs down a very very quite country road (we quite often go that way and i have only ever seen one car) and there were wild oats everywhere. i wondered if i could pick some for the bunnies to have fresh. or if i could collect a couple of bags of them and dry them out (in the airing cupboard :lol: ) to have as hay????

Not a clue soory When we first had bunnies and they had mix with the cereals in we used to get oats poping up in the garden and we'd pull those up to feed the bunnies.
