Bonding

Can a pair of rabbits be bonded in a day?
Could i find a girlfriend for Bert and bond them in one day?
Could Bert decide he just doesn't like the girlfriend and not bond until he finds a girlfriend he likes?
This is all hypothetical.....

it depnds on the bunny, thumper is a really chilled out little man and when we got lily they fell in love staight away but other people on here have been trying for weeks or months so there isnt just an easy answer unfortunately!!

It certainly does depend on the bunny. Koo was bonded with Daffodil within hours but then Archie and Flora took a couple of days. :roll:

You can usually tell the first day if it is going to work. but not always....

The bonding can't be finished in a day though unless the pair are utterly soppy. They will need to be together in neutral territory until they are grooming before you can really say they are bonded. I always allow at least 3 nights for this, longer if they are to go into a doe's territory.
