Wise Old Thumper
thought i would post some piccies of bella and say how she is getting on.
we got her 8 weeks ago tomorrow  ) when she arrived she was 20.3kg and was quite nervy (might have just been the new environment though) she also would not touch any food for a few days and we still cant get her to eat the stuff she came with. she also didnt know what toys were or how to play and went mental on her first walk (dont think she had seen open fields before - she came from a town)
here she is with cody a couple of days after she arrived (she is the one on the left with the lead on)
now she weighs in at approx 17kg (fed on raw which she goes mad for) and is ok to be stroked and doesnt flinch any more. we could also tell that she was used to getting her own way as she would growl if you told her to do something she didnt want to do....soon put a stop to that when she moved into a proper pack heirarchy. as well as losing weight she has also had a full clip and nails done etc. she had to go on antib's for a lump in her shoulder but that is ok again. she cant be let off lead as she just goes so we are working on that at the moment, she also pulls like a steam train which means i have huge biceps after an hour a day 'drag' (even with a dogmatic halti on  ) (true springer fashion) she has done some very gentle agility like tunnels very low jumps etc but we wont pursue that until after she is speyed (got to wait until after her next season)
so anyway here are some piccies of her all settled in
sharing the sofa with 'the boys' (guinness at the front, cody squidged at the back of the sofa and bella on her side)
all the doggiesin the garden (left to right - bella, cody, amber guinness)
and one of bella chilling in the garden
