about a rabbit living in a 2 - 2 & a half foot hutch??
It has food and water but is never allowed out, am I right in thinking that the new welfare bill is now in effect and that they might be able to do something now??

The guinea pig's in the same size hutch and the other 2 bunnies are both in about 3 ft hutches. I've never bothered reporting it before cos they have food and water etc hopefully the new laws will mean they do something
