At last!

Every afternoon, for about a minute (which usually means I miss it because I'm at work) a little monkjack deer visits the wooded area just in front of my house. I'm assuming it visits every day because whenever I'm at home I will usually spot it at about the same time in the afternoon.

One day it was even brave enough to wander round my front garden.

Today, at last, I managed to get a couple of OK-ish photos of it from my bedroom window!





OK so neither photo is great, but it's difficult not to scare the little chap off! :lol:

Wow. where do you live??? Lucky to see that. I used to live right in the middle of nowhere, and we had herds of deer that lived around us. and hares, and rabbits, and buzzards, and kestrels.... and now i live in southampton. don't even get robins. you are so lucky!! x Jess
