What breed is Tango?

hello this is my first post.
This is Tango we just wondered if anyone had any idea what breed he is?

His fur soft like a Rex's but longer and he has one ear up and one down most of the time however he can put both up (if he wants to). I wondered if he was a crossbreed.
Tango looks like Dobbin's but with one ear up and one down.
 
He's a gorgeous bunny, I thought harlequin dwarf lop when I saw him too

Thanks. I've been looking at pictures of Harlequin lops and I think that he has a lot of that in him.
