Well Sweetie and I use the same vets but different branches and after the fabulous Mel left to go to a much better paid surgery, we had a new vet start (who worked as a locum while Mel was on Hols). We've nothing against this vet he is a good vet, but we were both having trouble with him and injecting the myxo vaccine.
After Denzil and Daisy (sweetie's bunnies) were vaccinated wrongly a week last Saturday, we both wrote a letter of complaint to the owner of the vet and sent them separately recorded delivery, with all the manufacturers info. Well the vets have just called sweetie and they're revaccinating her buns this Saturday. So if you've a problem with your vets, don't be afraid to speak out (obviously within reason), as now the gentleman in question will be vaccinating buns correctly and could save more bunnies other than just ours.
