Some people not fit to keep rabbits

Was walking past this house today on way to vets with my pet rat when I looked into this garden with a lot of hutches but the hutches looked to be in bad state and very small did not look big enogh for rabbits to move around never stand up did not look to have a lot beeding in as well plus no runs or anything like that. the law needs chaging on animal ownership as soome people just have no idea or just don't care :twisted:

I would either make a note of the address and ask an RSPCA officer to drop by, or maybe post some care information through the door?

Never tought of doing that I would of done if mind was with it as was wooryed on outcome at vets.
