they did Rabs... they said that the pet shop follows the guidelines of the Pet Care Trust... which is run by pet shops :roll: so basically pet shops can decide what criteria they wish to follow and list it under the very caring sounding Pet Care Trust. That sounds to me like a total waste of time. I would have thought that a regulatory body should be impartial to be of any use, you know like OFSTED etc.
She assured me that they do annual checks to make sure they comply and that this check is unannounced. I requested that they do a spot check immediately to see these under-age buns.
