I bought six snugglesafe heatpads and Loopylop had 2, well I thought I would but one in for a bun I have boarding with me so I read the instructions and did what it said 6mins for a microwave 800 to 850 watt well it melted, so I did exactly the same procedure with another and that was fine :? So I have emailed them.

Blimey! Must just have been a faulty one, I'm sure they will sort it out for you......you have probably just been unfortunate enough to get onen of the tiny percentage that fails. :roll: I used mine all last winter and have just started using them again now and have no problems. I feel confident they will resolve it, their way of operating has always seemed very fair and helpful to me.
