Awwww Harry is absolutely gorgeous! He looks more agouti colouring to me - otter is where they have one colour (e.g. the blue) which fades quite distinctly from the blue, through beige, into a white bit, round the back of the neck and under the belly etc, and with white bits round the eyes and face...as demonstrated by Dudley here:
Harry looks like he's going to have lovely big ears and he definitely has a mischievous glint in his eye!!
