I just read that the rescue is closing on the 16th September. They have lots of runs and hutches for sale.

There's no mention of moving on the website, looks like a proper closing down.

They're closing whilst the move AFAIK. With moving you don't know how long everything will take so I guess it makes sense stopping taking in animals when you don't know dates etc. As far as I know Sue's planning to start up again when settled

They are moving to the Forest of Dean and are indeed planning to start up again!

Thanks Nix. I knew that Orkney was abandoned but I couldn't remember where they were going. I think they got fed up with their difficult neighbour. Shame really as it was such a nice set up they they built. I am sure though their new place will be equally as nice. I wonder if there are any other rescues in Forest of Dean - where is Forest of Dean?
