Had a call this morning about a little stray bun .
was suspicious of symptoms so had it taken straight to vets . As i thought , it had myxi .
had to weigh up its chances of survival and chances of passing it to other buns some un vaccinated.....decided to have it PTS .

im sorry little bun
have i done the right thing

Having nursed a bunny through myxi and losing her after 3 weeks, I feel you have made the correct decision. I was lucky that none of my other rabbits caught it despite being in the same room as Star for 4 days. Chances of surviving myxi are so slim that I feel it is one of the illnesses where PTS is justified.

You defo did the right thing - I had bunnies with myxi that were not vaccinated and it was a hard decision but I also pts. *hugs*
