What does BIB mean?

In the bunny info for the candle ceremony on Thursday it say's my Poppy was a BIB bunny.

I have been sitting here trying to work out what it means. Even although it is nothing like it at all my mind keeps wandering to Men in Black :lol:

Can any one enlighten me before I start singing Will Smith songs around the house!!
