This is Ozzie. My vet asked me if I could take him as his previous owner couldnt cope anymore. He is such a lovely little chap. He spends a fair bit of time sitting with some of the other budgies in the house but loves to come and sit on your shoulder and groom your hair he has a rather "colourful" vocabulary and also says "your mummys best boy" "I love you" "give us a kiss" :lol:

Wow!

I didn't think budgies could talk for some reason?! I thought it was just parrots :lol:

Aww, we had one just like that when I was about 3 or 4, called Ollie - never talked though just made chirpy noises.
