Esmerelda is at the vets at the mo having her back teeth burred under GA. I'll be picking her up in a few hours but can't help being a bit worried.

I've made sure I've got lots of tasty foods for her to eat when she gets back and am setting up the indoor cage shortly.

Well she's back now, looking a bit sleepy but has already eaten some dandelion and kale so thats good!

All went ok but she had to have one of her back teeth removed

I'm so glad she's home safe Why did they remove the back tooth and how!? My vet said they couldn't do that :? Try and relax now your baby's home

Thank you.
Just replied to you in care.
I'm not sure how they removed it but vet said it was something that they discovered needed doing as they went along- I think it had something to do with an infection caused by the spurs on the gum (?).

My old vet told me they couldn't remove teeth also! Hopefully they might be able to refer me to a dental specialist who can adivse further.

arr bless her, Pepsi had a GA for a dental and spay not long ago and she was very quiet.
Glad she's eating bless her, now she's home you can relax, i know how awful it is i went into shear panic :lol:
