Mum and 7 offspring... a mix of boys and girls but I can't remember how many of each  we do keep telling the Mum how lucky she is to have her offspring with her, not many bunny Mumms get that pleasure :D

Why did you ask that gem? would that mean it went to a nice round number of 20 for you! lol

I didn't think about how many I would have, I've just fallen in love and I want so much!!!!!

I can't have them though unfortunately, I have no space.....

*evil thoughts* Now if Dad and step mum moved out bunnies could come inside and they'd have a whole house

I'm not surprised you're all smitten with the Mob   If I remember correctly, Mum came in as a cruelty case and had the babies at Greenfields so they've been together, socialised and fed correctly since birth. They all have lovely temperaments as well as being fantastic fun to watch. I love 'em to bits

Oh my...... the mob are absoltely stunning!!!!

Oh they are gorgeous, I hope they get rehomed as a group!!

Thankyou for posting the photos Jill and for all your help with the midweek muck out yesterday. You are an invaluable member of the team. :rabbit2:

I'm pleased you have all said how lovely The Mob are. At present they are living in the rescues largest cabin 7 x 5 feet with a run at the front but really they need more room. The reason we didnt split them when they reached 16 weeks was partly because the rescue was totally overflowing and we didnt have room to split them, partly because they are SOOOOO close as a family unit, and partly because we thought we had a home for them all together. The home fell through and the rescue didnt empty out (as always!) so they have stayed together. They have been at the rescue for a year now and they really need much more than we can provide for them in terms of space and interaction. We are desperate to find them a home as a group, so much so that we would be prepared to fund raise and help any new owner pay for a shed and run for their new home and would also be prepared to get them vaccinated for the owners yearly at our vets. A new owner would have to pay for it, but it would be cheaper because we get a 25% discount on vaccinations. Not much I know, but every little helps. I have also secured lifetime sponsorship on dried food from supreme for these bunnies so their science selective would be paid for too. So a new owner would have to provide plenty of hay (the mob eat about a third of a bale A DAY) and some veggies (they eat a cabbage, a broccoli, 8 carrots and a bag of kale a day) and would have to pay for their vaccinations each year (or 6 months de pending on the risk level of your area). You would also need to help with part of the cost of setting up their new home.

So, any of you thinking of adding a bunny village to your garden....get in touch!!!

Its a pleasure to help Lorna :thumb: If I had a bigger place I'd take the Mob in an instant but they would get cabin fever in my postage stamp of a garden. I didn't realise you were willing to go to such lengths to keep them together.... best of luck.

p.s. the photos turned out OK didn't they :D
