I'm probably asking a really stupid question but can anyone tell me what these are (see picture)

I'm assuming they're the scent glands but I could be wrong. My other idea was maybe they're the testicles? :oops: :oops:

Gah, so embarassed for not knowing the answer to this question and poor lagos lol.

I know, i'm so mean but I had to make completely sure lol.

I think this now pretty much confirms that Blossom is also a boy...so now I have to rename him...either that or he can be a rather ..shall we say "feminine" boy :roll:
 
:lol: yep, definately testicles. You see that line that goes horizontally across the middle (from one testicle to another). If you part the fur along that line the scent glands are in the groove, one each side next to the testicles.

Thanks for the help :) I still feel stupid but at least I know the sexes for certain now lol.

I'm just stuck with what the call Blossom now that we know he's a he lol. We were originally going to call him Marshmellow but I still think Blossom is perfect even tho he's a boy :lol:

Drop the L and call him Bossom? It's sort of similar but less confusing when you are at the vet ;)
 
If you dont mind me asking, is he an unneutered bunny? I am not qualified to tell.

I dont want to be a drag but dont forget - please think about getting him neutered if its due, for his sake and other bunnies welfare. :p Thanks !!!
 
I think its kinda obvious that he isn't neutered :p

*covers Nutmegs eyes* She shouldn't be seeing this at her age :lol:
 
Just for reference, once a bunny is neutered the sacks that hold the testicles shrink so nope definately intact :).

They're kinda hard to find as it's sort of a fold of skin so you can't see them very easily :)
