Tam or anyone who knows...is there an automatic time out?

I have been on today for the first time in a good while and have been catching up. In between I have had to do other things but kept myself logged on. Now when I try to post I am logged out. Is there an automatic time out after a certain time or period of inactivity? I kept myself logged on as I didn't want to lose all my "post since last visit"

There is, but I think it's quite a while something like half - an hour I think! :lol:

I think if you tick 'Log me on automatically each visit: ' when you login that will keep you logged in until you click the logout button
