What do you think of my new plan?

O.k, so i`ve decided i want to have bigger living accomadation for my trio, so my bright idea is for hubby to convert one of the triple blocks he previously made into a triple decker for them. Each hutch is 4ft by 2ft so this will give them overall floor space of 12 ft by 6ft! The trio consists of 2 mini lops and a lionlop cross. They have access to the garden in the day, weather permitting but i want them to have more exciting living accomadation.
Do you think this will be good enough for them?
Here is a picture of the blocks, one we`re planning to convert into the triple decker and hopefully the other will be going upto ARC.
