helping a young rabbit to put on weight?

A lovely little b&w dutch came into my rescue recently, she is around 8 weeks old, very thin and quite poorly. Does anyone know of the best thing to feed her, to help build her up a bit?

No water or just plain. Very good as a small amount each day and will help her coat as well.
