THINK I MUST BE STUPID

Hi, sorry to be a pain, but I'm really not understanding how to add photos - is this Photobucket free? Also I would really like to put a moving animation under my signature (like Scoot's one), but not sure about that either :!:
Any help much appreciated :shock:

Hiya! Yes photobucket is free, register at www.photobucket.com. Don't know too much about moving signatures though, sorry!
