To adopt or not?

Young Bun
Hiya,

I currently have two medium lops living in my shed, they are female (not neutered) and about 5 yrs old.

I have been given the opportunity to adopt a four month male french lop rabbit who I would love.

What would be the best living arrangement for all three?

The shed I have is 8ftx6ft, the current two rabbits live in approx, half this space.

Would the rest of the space be enough for a french lop (with access to a run)?

I am aware that the scent of him could cause fighting between the two I currently have, does this mean you should never keep different sexes in the same shed?

Would the only option to have him be to get another shed or hutch outside? Unfortunately we wouldn't be able to have him in the house as we already have three dogs, two cats and a parrot there!

When he is old enough to be neutered could I try bonding him with my existing two, or would that be a nightmare situation?

Please help?!

Thanks

Debbie

I have bonded females living in my sheds with males, all my males a neutered but my females aren't and the girls don't fight, but I do let them out at different times but they can all see each other and when they are in the runs they are next to each other. Once you get him neutered then I can't see there being a problem. The shed with a run attached should be fine for him.
