EU consultation: rabbits and other farm animals

The European food safety commision are assessing public attitudes to farming through an online survey.

I thought some of you may be interested in completing the survey . You could be helping to improve farming practices and food labelling . It is multiple choice and only takes about 10 minutes.

This is also important information not only for animal well being but for human health also. If we stopped feeding the animals **** and pumping drugs into them to make them grow faster etc they would taste better, produce better milk, eggs etc.

Have you heard old people say that things like meat and butter and eggs tasted better in their younger days? Well its true and that's because the intensive farming methods used today are no good for us or the animals.

I'm veggie by the way and only buy organic milk and free range eggs.
Have been thinking for a long time about going vegan.

Might be worth posting it again under general chat titled
Human and animal health issues
or something, as I think everyone would agree that we need better labelling of the food we get in supermarkets.
