how do i make pics smaller?

how can i make my pics smaller they are huge and taking up space on the msg board

Hello Inka Dinka Doo, are your photos in photobucket? On the main page where you see the little images, above each image there is an edit button. If you click this, the next screen lets you resize to 25, 50 or 75% of the original. When you come back here, you will have to refresh the page to see the new size or it will just look the same to you. I would suggest using the 75% of original button (more than once if necessary) otherwise it may be too small, and you can't make them bigger again - better to make it gradually smaller!
