Water Bottles(need some direction)

Since I've recently moved Oliver in my room, I have realized that he actually does drink more than I thougt, but in the middle of the night!
Its not only have been driving me crazy, but my dog too!

I was just wondering if any of you know of a non-click (or no sound when drinking) water bottle. Brand names or places I could order it from?

Thanks xxxxxxxxx

i have the same problem- and i have two
i think after a while you get immuned to it. you could give oliver a water bowl at night and bottle during the day???

Give him a bowl, solves the problem and they look so cute lapping out of it. Skip prefers a bowl now so he doesn't have to crank his neck to drink out of a bottle

I believe the Ferplast Sippy bottles are meant to be no/lower noise, though I found that they all leaked terribly when I used them. I got them free with some of the Ferplast cages I bought, but they do sell them seperately, I've seen them in a few smaller petshops.

I use the ezi fill bottles for the rescue animals I have here, whilst they are really good in that they don't leak at all by themselves, they make far less noise than the ball valve bottles which most people use, they still make some noise.

For most of the rabbits there is no waste of water however some of the pigs find them trickier to use.

I think a bowl would be far quieter for night time use.

I would try a bowl, but I'm afraid he would make a mess of it. He is in a rather small cage now (because he is getting so much free time, that I dont even know if there will be room for a bowl!! I'll check it out in a minute

Also, how long did it take for your buns to adjust to a bowl? I've always had problems with getting oliver to drink, so would a change like this really mess him up?

Thanks for all of the advice so far, I'll look into it :D

Mine got used to a bowl within minutes and you could tell he much prefered it. To start with i kept the bottle there also in case he hated the bowl but he ignored the bottle right from day 1 !!
