Hmmm not sure that the lavender I planted yesterday is going to last very long! :shock:

While the rest of us are sweltering Splosh and Spook are having a great time in the garden!!! Not sure how my son is going to feel about sharing his paddling pool though! :shock: :lol:

great piccies is the smaller of your turtles a read eared turtle? they are beautiful and look to be having a fantastic time

The smaller one is a Mississipi map turtle and the larger one is a Cooter! They told me it would grow to 9" when I got it but have since found out that they can reach 16" :shock:

I didnt know you could still buy turtles, are they expensive now like tortoises?

No they're not as expensive as tortoises to buy, but all the equipment they need is expensive and they need alot of space! It's great this time of year as all they need is a paddling pool and a log!!!
