Diets are the worse thing you can do and they DONT work. I eat chocolates, crisps, biscuits and stuff, and I am really slim and toned. The only way to get the body you want is to move about and work at it, NOT rely on a diet to do it all. I understand that as you get older in life its more difficult to shift weight, but that’s even more reason to work out IF you are un happy with your body. Almost everyone can have the body they want.
