I went back to the place I got Charlie to see if we could find her a boyfriend and it was a success. A little black lionhead fell for her instantly and it was love at first sight so we've called him Romeo. He is a youngfella who hasn't yet been castrated therefore he is very amorous if you get my meaning and poor Charlie has bore the brunt of his hormones.
They were getting on so well over the day and evening so I left them together overnight, but this morning the picture isn't so rosey. I went out to them first thing and Charlie has little bits of blood on her fur. She doesn't seem injured atall still moving well eating and is approachable so I'm not too worried. I've taken Romeo out and he's in the house now in the dog crate. I'm not sure what the next stage is and this is where you all come in. Do I cut his nails and put him back in with her and give her lots of hiddy holes to get away or do I keep him away until I can get him castrated and attempt to re-bond them in a bit!!!
Any advice would be great.
