Please keep in mind that posts on this forum are from members of the public sharing personal opinions. It is not a replacement for qualified medical advice from a veterinarian. Many illnesses share similar symptoms but require different treatments. A medical exam is necessary for an accurate diagnosis, without which appropriate treatment cannot be given.

You should always consult your vet before following any suggestions for medication or treatment you have read about. The wrong treatment could make your rabbit worse or mean your vet is unable to give the correct treatment because of drug interactions. Even non prescription drugs can do harm if given inappropriately.

Urgent Medical Advice: If you need, or think you might need, urgent medical advice you should contact a vet. If it is out of working hours phone your vet's normal number and there should be an answer phone message with instructions on what to do.

Arrg, i wish i had some developed pictures of him -_-'

Anyway, both of his eyes are brown, but one eye has like a white-ish blue-ish half ring towards the bottom of his eye(sorry that was confusing lol). I'm not sure if it's normal or mabye if he is blind in that eye.

Exactly what does a rabbit with blind eyes look like anyway?

Sorry this was a strange post. And it would be easier if i had some pictures of him.....

Well if anyone has any clue as to what i'm talking about please let me know, thanks!

A blind rabbits eyes may look totally normal it depends what is causing the blindness. Cateracts or damage to the eye can cause a milky white area over the eye.

Has he always had this? Sometimes an ulcer can form on the eye which looks the same. That usually clears up with treatment.

Best thing is probably to get the vet to have a quick look.

Well I have only had him for a little over a month. He was a year old when i got him. It probably isn't blindness, but it's just so strange.... Yeah, the vet sounds like a good idea. It doesn't seem to be bothering him(if there is even anything wrong).

Well thank you :D
